The drive from Denver to Oklahoma City was long and tiring, but the kids did great. We left first thing in the morning and had breakfast at Ruby’s in Limon, CO about 90 minutes outside of Denver.
We then progressed through Kansas where we stopped for ice cream at Dairy Queen in Salina and a late afternoon Chipotle dinner in Wichita.
We continued on to Oklahoma City, arriving around 8pm.
We spent three nights in Oklahoma City with Jim’s business partner Taylor. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool almost constantly, and Jim and Taylor were able to work on Dronelink together in-person.
Next stop: Austin.
