We have been enjoying our new home in Austin, as well as the cooler weather! Life is pretty much back to normal: Evie and Jack are attending (in-person) piano lessons and physical education classes, and we are all meeting weekly with our nature cooperative (SAPS). James also began swim lessons this semester.
We have also enjoyed spending time with our friends!
We hosted Thanksgiving this year and enjoyed utilizing our new Traeger smoker.
Christmas preparations commenced immediately after…
Next up: celebrating my and Jim’s birthdays. The kids spent the weekend in Blanco at Cappy and Grandma’s new home.
Everyone has worked hard preparing for their Christmas piano recitals and children’s choir performance at church.
I’m also thankful for our annual women’s Christmas party at church and for all my dear friends represented.
Next week we celebrate the incarnation of Christ:
